1.if my transfer form is signed after March 27, will it be valid or not. Ans : No it is not valid , unless you are taking transfer due to reasons specified by ICAI in its announcement viz. transfer of earning partner to other city or medical problem. for full Notification go to http://www.icai.org/post.html?post_id=4246&c_id=219 2. i have converted from PCC to IPCC. After i pass the first group, do i have to work under the same CA or can i get a transfer done after that.
No you do not have to work under the same employer
