I have one friend and she is doing articleship last 3 months, but now she want transfer of articleship because she has not learning anything in current firm. And second thing is she going to class and also she wants holiday for the preparation of exam , so other firms will accept above conditions

u are telling she is serving last 3 months of articles . . so better advise is complete those 3 months and then start preparation...after completing articles u can join in some above mid firm and can learn some good . . it is a big process to get approval for transfer from icai and also u may not find ca who gives articles for 3 months
