In the case of transfer of articleship, there is a clause relating to Non- payment of stipend. So can anyone tell me that for how much period of non- payment of stipend, we can take transfer.

The time period is not specified for ir regular payment of stipend. So kindly confirm the same from Institute. Regulation 67 deal with that matter.
