Sir, i am in my first year of articleship and due to health issues i desire to change my firm.
kindly let me know the procedure for transfer from one principal to another and also the forms and address to whom i should send any forms/letters/requests?

as you are in first year of articleship . . you just have to take your current employer signature on form 109 and send it to icai (where you have sent forms for registration of articles) . . there after you can join with other ca and send form 103 to icai for balance period of articleship
