19 October 2014 does it neccesaary to intimate Principal regarding intention of taking transfer before taking transfer by an article? if yes..then plz tell me hw many days prior intimation is must given to principal

19 October 2014 since you need Principal's signature on Form 109, it is important that you intimate in advance. However, there is no specific deadline for the same except for when you want to go for industrial training (where requirement is three months' notice)
