Transfer in 3rd year of articleship on medical grounds

24 June 2014 I m left with around 2.5 months of articleship. I m suffering from back problem.
Due to that I cannot travel and my office is located far from my residence. Can I take transfer on this grounds.

What is the procedure for the same.

Please reply. Its urgent

24 June 2014 you just have 2.5 months left...kindly settle this mutually with principal instead of going for transfer since it required 3 months gap.

24 June 2014 I asked him to give dummy for these months,he is ready to give transfer but not dummy.

And I m really suffering from pain, cannot continue.

What is the option then?

24 June 2014 then take transfer...postpone completion by three months...

24 June 2014 nopes. not now...transfer on grounds of parent shifting due to transfer at his or her job also requires documentary proof.
