I am a PCC student. I started my articleship in mid- January. I have completed 7 months of training out of 15 months. My attempt is due in Nov. 09. I am taking transfer from my current firm. Now,I have to complete further 8 months of training with a gap of 3 more , before I can appear for PCE. My question is : How much time gap is allowed in this case , between the date of transfer and date of joining the new firm ;so that my attempt is not shifted.This issue is coming up because the new firm will not accept us as their trainee before we get formal transfer.
Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.Thanks
