23 October 2013 hello sir i want to ask in case of my father's transfer from ajmer to Delhi. can i change from mds university ajmer to du.. As my father is in sbi he got transferred to Delhi can i change my university on this basis.. if not can i take exam of ignou .. sir i am in second year. and will be doing article ship from Delhi.
