In case of dispute with boss it has to be settled with boss and icai will not interefere . However if boss doing against ca regulations like...not paying stipend etc..u have to complaint on ur boss to icai then icai will make an enquiry if prooved u will get transfer . Overall it is difficult transfer incase of dispute with boss . What is ur exact reason
