i want to take transfer from articleship in first year of articleship due to some problems. so what can i do? if i want take transfer after 1 year?

Since you are in your first year of articleship then u simply need to fill up form 109 duly signed by your existing principal and take transfer.

Form 108 is not required in case if its not completed or terminated. For transfer only form 109 is to be submited to icai within 30 days as stated above.
