In icai regulation it has written that, No restriction in first year if you want to transfer, What does it mean ? you can transfer 3 to 4 firms in 1st yr. please clarify.

Icai not given limitation on number of transfers student can take as many as youcan... . . No restriction means icai will not have anyobjection to allow student transfer application if he is with in one year of articleship... . . You just need your boss signature in form 109 for transfer of articleship...no need to give any reason to icai..however after completion of 1 yr articleship you should have valid reason for transfer and icai prior permission to take transfer
