i want whether can i get transfer on medical ground for my fathers treatment?? and form 109 should i send before along with the employer letter and other docs??

Dear Student,
U need to write a letter to icai seeking transfer of articleship on medical grounds and once it get approved u can take transfer.
Wait till the icai approved it.

But sir, I called to icai; they were like u can send form 109 along with the letter... so can I do so before getting approval from icai ??? please help me out sir
