29 May 2013 I am a register dealer in maharashtra, I purchased a goods in Gujrat (Ahmedabad)& sale it to my buyer in gujrat.
my quries is is it taxable?
should i get or issue any form against this transaction?
kindly help me.

29 May 2013 It is taxable transaction under Central sales tax. since both the transactions involved interstate sales & purchase. incase both the purchase and selling dealer has eligible to issue C form then you can charge CST @ 2%
