26 August 2013 1)take trial balance dumb from accounting software

2)do grouping as below in coloumns,,

Line item,
subline item,
A/c head

Give SUM IF formulae for all A/c heads in Notes forming financial statemnts

on the other hand you can give direct links to TB from notes,,from face of balancesheet and p&L we will take balances from notes
