Hello, We are a Manufacturing Unit registered under Central Excise. We have some excisable raw-materials lying ideally in stock since some now. We want to sell these materials off and we have a excise-registered buyer ready to buy them. So how can we sell the raw materials to new buyer and pass-on the excise to him. Also do we need separate Invoice Book to make such invoices. Also, we are looking to trade in that are manufactured by us. Meaning, we are manufacturing pipes but we are being offered pipes at a lower price than our own production cost. So we are planning to buy the pipes and want to sell it under our own Invoice. So is this possible for the manufacturing unit to buy the finished goods directly and sell it after remarking it as our own. Awaiting your expert opinion on this one. Thank you in advance.
