I Am finalising My balance sheet but after getting all entries done, my trading account is showing loss, what should be the reasons and how to rectify them, please help me out

reasons may be many.. like sold goods below cost, low valuation of cl. stock etc.
if you find actual reason , then do rectifying entries .
