i want to register a trademark for a Plywood business with Shiva Plywood name.

Let me know the process to register the same.

In case of a Pvt Ltd/ Ltd. Company – Copy of Memorandum of Association
In case of Partnership firm – Copy of Partnership deed
In case of Proprietor Firm – Copy of Registration letter of Shop & Establishment/ Vat Registration/ Or any documents related to firm establishment.
In case of Trust/Society – Copy of Registration Certificate
In case of Individual – One address proof or ID Proof
One Address Proof / ID Proof of Signature Authority ( In case of company/firm)
Logo/ word mark.
