22 November 2013 I needed to do the following:

1) Open personal bank account for myself Resident of Canada.

2) Register KORE Fit Living trademark which will be owned by our Canadian
corp. We are already registered in Canada and U.S.

3) New corp needs to be setup between Chirag and I, this corp. will have a
license to use Kore Fit Living brand name in India

Please get back to me with next steps.
