Sec 92 seals with TP for MNE however need your guidance/ source where related resident companies's transactions are dealt in IT. Is there iny specific section or case laws where transactions between two related resident companies are addressed ?

Hi Rishi .... Thanks for your query ... True that Section 92 takes care of Transfer Pricing issues of multinational enterprises ... Look to Section 40A(2), isn't it for control of expenditure of domestic companies?
