As per my knowledge Tour operator have two option of Gst 5% without input and 18% with input. If tour operator purchases a commercial car for tour services as well as for transportation of passengers .
Is he eligible get input for car purchased and how much Gst rate would be charge if he only provide cab service in off seasons of tour business?
