Hello
Identifying top 10 companies is a matter of perception as you know companies like satyam have also gone down.
However in current scenario you can aspire for some of these:
1) Airtel
2) ITC
3) L&T
4) Infosys(not sure though)
5) Cognizant
6) IOC, BPCL, ONGC
Etc
