In our firm, one client is having Ship Management Business, he wants to obtain Tonnage Tax Scheme i.e Presumptive Taxation.
Kindly provide me the details how to obtain Such certificate.

to apply for tonnage tax scheme: You need to follow Section 115VP. and rule 11P

You need to file form 65.
