I wanted to know the Processor for closing PVT LTD company.

20 April 2009 Conduct a Board meeting and bring the subject clousure of company.

Conduct EGM and get the approval from the shareholders.

File form 23 with Roc

Clear all liabilites.

Prepare statement of affairs after clearing all liabilities.

After clearing all liabilites inform ROC about the clousre of company.

Pay amounts due to shareholders.

Submit details to roc for striking down the name of the company.
