Dear Sir,
If house loan is taken by 3 person or bank sanction loan between 3 person whether any one among three claim interest paid on loan taken for house property & principal amt u/s 80C OR above 3 person claim interest & Principal proportionately i.e 1/3 in their income tax return.
If house loan is taken by 3 person or bank sanction loan between 3 person whether any one among three claim interest paid on loan taken for house property & principal amt u/s 80C OR above 3 person claim interest & Principal proportionately i.e 1/3 in their income tax return.

If loan taken by 3 person jointly all 3 person can claim interest and principal amount proportionately.
