I WANT TO KNOW THE TIME OF DEDUCTION OF TDS ON SALARY WHEN WE FOLLOW ACCOUNTING ON
1 CASH BASIS
2 ACCURAL BASIS
ALSO CLERIFY WHEN WE FOLLOW ACCRUAL SYSTEM AND NOT PAID SALARY TO AN EMPLOYEE FOR WHOLE YEAR AMOUNTING RS. 35000/- PER MONTH FOR A/Y 2009-10 AND PAID THAT AMOUNT IN NEXT YEAR.

WHETHER IN AY 2009-10 OR IN 2010-11
