What is the time limit for revising original VAT return . How to rectify if VAT credit is wrongly carried forward ?

27 August 2013 Under Karnataka, revised return with in 1 month from the actual due date.i.e. you can revised with in 20th of the next month

Incase you missed this time limit, you can take permission from your LVO you can revise the return with in 6 months from the date of filling
