02 August 2013 i am not able to clear group 2 till date and if i clear nov 2013 exam can i give final exam in may 2014

02 August 2013 Yes, you can give final attempt for May 2014 if you cleared IPCC in November 2013; because of like IPCC for final there is no minimum period of pre-regestration not required provided you already completed your articleship or servicing last six months of articleship period including excess leaves if any as on the 1-5-2014.

02 August 2013 Achievement of success is depending on your knowledge, talent,your hard work and way of preparation and planning etc... it is depending on the each individual man power. So without knowing about your mind i can't give you proper suggestion. Because of depending on the man power required different types of planning and preparation.

02 August 2013 Maximum companies doesn't consider the attempt of qualification of CA as well as ICAI also doesn't indicate no.of attempt qualified at any place or any certificate. So no.of attempt of success is as per my view only 10% important. Eventhough you qualified in first attempt with ALL INDIA FIRST RANK the companies or other assessee required the good and excellent knowledge and which is most beneficial to such company or industry or firm but not required merit in passing. As per my view those you qualified early may get the job little bit before to the later qualified but later qualified may improve his capacity than earlier qualified depending on their knowledge.

So don't go for thinking and upset about the no of attempts and failure in exams be concentrate on your studies then you get qualify as early as possible. Please try to improve your practical knowledge also along with your book knowledge. Book knowledge only sufficient for exams but practical knowledge useful for both exams and our future. Assume each failure learns you a new subject and improves your knowledge.
