if a person won Rs. 25 Lakhs who dont have any other income, how much tax is payable by him?

Income is chargable u/s 115BB under other sources w/o BE

25 October 2010 The rate of tax deduction would be 30% and tax payable would also be flat 30% on the entire income. No benefit of slab avialable on such income.
