Can Company change its Debenture Terms & Condition.
Our Company has issue debenture on Terms & Condition that it will be convertered into equity within 31.03.14. Now the Company want to redeem the debeture after 5 years by chnaging the Terms & Condition of same Debenture. Now the question is whether it can be done by the Permission of Debetrure Holder or not?
