27 June 2014 sir i met with an accident and doc allowed me a bed rest of 3 months and i have submitted the all the documents relating to termination of articleship on ground of medical which includes application of termination, medical certificate issued by govt. hospital and OPD discharge summary but my ca refused to sign on the application i.e he refused to give a termination and allowed me leave for the 3 months but i want a termination so there is any possible chances that he grant me the termination rather than allowing leaves for the 3 months leave .I have completed 1 year and 2 months of articleship.
