If i have to terminate the articleship and join the same in some other state, is there any time frame within which i would have to join with the new firm. can i join the other firm in december 09 after taking the termination in june30th 2009. pls help out if you have the sure knowledge of the rules of ICAI.

There is No time frame within which i would have to join with the new firm.However your final exam will be delayed. Remember the limit id for termination, not for re registration

Ok I m satisfied with your answer now tell me, how will i get my PCC Nov 09 examination form filled. here i m talking about that part of the form in which the CA certifies that the concerned student has completed the requisite months of service and now eligible to appear in the exam.Who will sign there and also consider that i m trasferring out of state(Kerala to Jammu). Tell me whether I can attach the copy of Form 109 in lieu of getting the certification from the CA.

Dear Jatin The part of form you have mentioned required that the CA should certify that you have completed 15 months of articleship NOT that you are working under him as on the date of sign. so your CA will sign the same stating that you have completed 15 months under him.
second thing in , if CA went out of station during the form submission time or CA refused to sign better ICAI kolkata branch told student to add a letter stating the fact. I request you to please confirm from your ICAI branch that any other document (e.g. copy of form 109, regi letter required ).
The actual thing is my father has gone on transfer to Jammu from Kerala and after 30th of June my family will also be going there. My CA is ready to give me the FORM 109 duly signed by him. Now after this i will also go to Jammu. Now the thing is in Jammu i wish to join the CA firm only after giving the exam of November.The problem that could arise at the time of filling the form will be of signing the form and certifying that i have completed the 18 months of training.I will not be able to get the sign of my previous (Kerala's)CA. Now tell me how i will complete my examination form, especially the part of Certification and the places where the sign of Principal is required.

The contend shall be that i (name ) a registered PCC student of ICAI having regi. number so and so . i ahve joined the PCC as on date and staered my articleship on....... . as on the date of letter i have completed .... months of articleship and hence i am eligible to appear for the PCC exam as per regulation of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. I am also enclosing my registration letter as a proof thereof Due to transfer proceeding i could not submit certification of completing 18 months of articleship by my employer in this regards .hence you are requested to please look in to the matter and allow me to appear in the exam and oblige.
