what is the difference between transfer and termination regarding articleship and if principle is not giving transfer to me what can i do ?

i have completed my articleship around 10month. My principle is giving me threat for termination. Can u tell me what is the difference between termination and transfer ? and can i go to institute against my principle ?

Termination means you have to start again. Transfer means you can continue from 10th month. Please do not confront him. Try to resolve. If not possible please contact me later.

Do not act in haste. Termination will lead you to nowhere. I will advise you to involve your parents or guardian who can talk to him and explain the situation. Please do not fight. Still if issue is not sorted out please do me private message.

Please understand that Principal will not harm you unless you harm him. In CA Profession do not fight as it has its own dignity. Request him once more and explain him the situation and state that you are not harming him by transfer. You have certain priorities and hence you are leaving. Good word solves undue confrontation.

Dear sir i called u but there was no response from your side so i am writing u again sir this time my principle is saying that i will give you transfer but first return my excess stipened (excess stipened mean more than minimum limit which is 1000/p.m.)so he is saying that give me 20000/ and than i will give u transfer what i do ? Extremely sorry for late reply I have taken transfer after a long battle. I have paid 15000/- by cheque for transfer .now I want complaint against my last principle? My question is that there any sense of my complaint in institute mean will institute take any action against my last principle (because now he is in good position in institute) I just want expose him can I ?
