can any body tell me in case article take a termination after completing two years articleship he/she can give PCC attempt?who's signature will require on exam form ex-principal where v complete articleship of 2 yrs or any esle CA can also sign??urgent
As you asked for the Eligibility for the PCC Attempt I would like to write to you that Every Student who has already completed their Articled Training for a period not less than 18 Months before the 1 day of the month in which Exam is to be held is Eligible for the Attempt.
Therefore you are Eligible for all the ongoing attempts and you can get signed your filled in examination form with any Gazetted Officer too.
