hi , please explain what is terminal duty, what condition are fulfilled to claim refund of terminal duty.

Terminal excise duty is the duty paid on the finished goods when supplied to the last consumer.
Refund of terminal duty is granted if the goods have been supplied under Deemed Export catagory i.e. the projects financed by the international agencies like world bank etc.
Terminal excise duty is refunded by the DGFT.
