Please tell me whether the date of termination will be considered as a day worked or excluded from 3.5yrs? For eg. Date of comm. Is 16/04/2008. date of termination is 02/09/2008. date of re-registration is 03/09/2008. Now is there any break in articles? Will 02/09/2008 be treated as day worked or not worked? Will it be counted in my articleship term?
