09 November 2010 You can always ask for further clarification in that same query only and keep the status of the query open if you are not satisfied with the answer or if some point has not been touched upon from your query by the expert replying your query.

Kept open for comments / views from other experts on the same also.

09 November 2010 Agree with Aditya Ji...
If you have any doubts over any reply of expert you can always seek clarification and reopen the query. Status shows resolved as in view of expert the query has been resolved.
Kept open for more views.

09 November 2010 The status of query automatically not set as resolved. Expert who is giving reply can set the status as open or resolved. So it the duty of the expert to set appropriate status.

09 November 2010 Thanks to all for giving your important time

i was not aware for this feature, as the status can be set by an Expert also..
