We are going to provide technical and consultancy services out side india let say Australia.

Can you pleas let me know the tax structure to be applied for that???

13 December 2011 Any service which is taxable under clause 105 of Section 65 may be exported without payment of service tax.

Also as u r receiving payments from australia and do not have to make any payments outside u do not have any tds liability for the same.
