Wrongly deducted tds to one party and deposited with dept.and total bill amonut paid to party for the year 2009-10.
For same party this year tds applicable and we are deducting tds, can we adjusted last paid tds or what to do excess deposited with dept.

TDS paid for differnet Assessment year cannot be adjusted you need to go for refund for the last AY and need to pay for current year TDS

Agree with Ramesh Ji TDS paid in one year cant be adjusted with TDS payable of another year as AY mentioned in challan will not match.
