I am doing internal audit.the cash book is showing monthly payment around rs 30000 for company car...i want to know about the tds provision applicable on this???

Depending upon the terms of reference TDS under Sec 194C or 194I is applicable. In case of contracted services for company transportation as and when need arise under Sec.194C, however in case vehicles hired for transportation of company employees/guest under Sec.194I
