What should be my liability if I am getting bills of professional fees as under? 1st bill on 2th April amounted Rs. 20000, 2nd bills on 25th March amounted Rs. 15000.

1st Bill No tds deduction 2nd Bill (Since it falls in the same FY) on 35000/- ie 10% of 35000/- should be tds amount u/s 194J which comes to 3500/-
