Is TDS U/s 194A applicable on educational institutes exempted U/s 10(23)(C)(iiid).The edu.inst.has submitted form 15 G and the amount of interest is more then 5 Lacs.The trust is registered U/s 12 A of I.T.Act.

Sir, Why not, there is no bar under section 194A. So long as there is a valid 15G, Nothing wrong in availing TDS Exemption. Thanks, Pankaj
