28 June 2010 rate of TDS change from 20% to 10% in case of interest paid to company. please give me the exact date from when this new rate is applied.

28 June 2010 It can be made applicable from 01st April, 2009 also if finance act 2009 is read in details.

For safe side u can consider from 01.10.2009.
