Pls.state whether the TDS u/s 194J is to be deducted for event mgmt.co. if the co.
is organising any event for us or 194 C
as I have audited & found that it should
be deducted u/s 194 J instead of 194 C.

Is my opinion is true?

25 September 2009 Yes it is not contract it's professional Charges so deducted in sec. 194j is right.
