We have done furniture work for office. The carpenter using his own material (i.e plywood etc).Now he will give us combined bill of Material & labour. On which amount TDS will be deducted. He shown separate cost of Material & Labour in Bill.Pls guide

In this case TDS to be deducted on full bill amount as the material bills are in his name.

TDS on the whole bill amount will apply.
