28 July 2009 A pvt. Company pay salaries as well as Commission on Sales to employees. than, whether different TDS certificate for salaries and Commission or can in same certificate

1) Co. require to deduct TDS u/s 192A or 192C
2) Co. require to issue TDS certificate Form No. 16 or 16A .
