TDS-Traces User Id and Password not available

26 November 2019 We have few clients whose traces user id and password is not available with us and also we don't have token number and Provisional Receipt Number (PRN),hence unable to login and file returns.
Please help on how to recover the credentials and file returns.

26 May 2020 I think one can reset the User ID and Passwords with TAN Number.
