13 May 2015 I am going to pay Rent amount of Rs 18000/- to landlord, But landlord has no PAN Card. Now how can i paid rent..

Can i pay rent without TDS.

13 May 2015 If you are and Individual or HUF and your file is not under Tax Audit then you are not required to deduct TDS and therefore you can pay Rent without deducting any TDS.
