24 July 2012 My company has to pay commission for export to Agent in korea for service provided y him in korea.

Kindly advice me regarding the TDS provision applicable in this case?

25 July 2012 You have to comply with the Form 15CA and other formalities. CA certification is required to facilitate the bank to remit the amount to Korea.
