If a Senior Citizen can claim any relaxation in case of TDS.

Please do suggest.

12 September 2009 Yes, senior citizen can claim TDS not to be deducted...

For this senior citizen has to give declaration under sub-section (1C) of section 197A of the Income-tax Act, 1961, in Form - 15H to the deductor.....
