We have no employee in a particular company from the beginning of F.Y. 2014-15, so we have not filed any tds return for 2 Quarter.
Now there is a updation on traces is "Declaration for Non-Filing".
Is it compulsory to submit above declaration for remaining quarter, as we didn't gave any declaration in earlier quarter.
